Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and accessing the SOAP — School of AI for Pastors program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the platform.
The Program
SOAP is a 30-day online training program designed to equip ministers, pastors, and church leaders with practical AI skills for ministry. The program includes:
- 30 days of structured lesson content organized into 4 modules
- Up to 4 live Saturday sessions via Google Meet
- WhatsApp community access for peer learning
- A certificate of completion for students who finish all 30 days
- Lifetime access to all course materials after enrollment
Payment & Enrollment
Enrollment is only activated after successful payment of ₦45,500 (or the discounted amount if a valid coupon is applied). Payment can be made via:
- Card payment through Paystack — instant activation
- Bank transfer to our GTB account — activation within 24 business hours after verification
Coupon codes reduce the enrollment fee but do not change the program content or duration.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Your account is for your personal use only — sharing login details with others is prohibited
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account
Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, materials, and resources on SOAP are the intellectual property of Finlig Digital Ltd and Dr. Philips Olajide. You may not:
- Record, redistribute, or resell any course content
- Share lesson videos or materials outside the platform
- Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission
Course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial ministry use only.
Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing your account credentials with others
- Attempting to access other students' accounts or data
- Disrupting live sessions or the WhatsApp community with disrespectful behavior
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Limitation of Liability
SOAP and Finlig Digital Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The program is provided “as is.” We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and delivery methods to improve the learning experience.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
