General Refund Policy
SOAP — School of AI for Pastors offers a limited refund window before the program begins. Once the program has started and you have accessed course content, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Eligibility
- Before program start: If you enrolled but Cohort 2 has not yet commenced, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment.
- After program begins: No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced, regardless of how many days you have completed.
- Technical issues: If a verified payment is made but your account is not activated within 48 hours, you are entitled to either activation or a full refund.
No refunds after program commencement. This includes cases where you chose not to participate, lost access to a device, relocated, or experienced personal circumstances. We encourage you to only enroll when you are ready and able to commit to the 30-day program.
Coupon Codes & Discounted Payments
Payments made using coupon codes or special discounts follow the same refund policy. The discounted amount paid is what would be refunded (where eligible), not the full program price.
Bank Transfer Payments
For bank transfer enrollments, refunds (where eligible) will be processed back to the originating bank account within 5–7 business days. You will need to provide your bank account details to our support team.
Card Payments via Paystack
Refunds for card payments (where eligible) are processed through Paystack back to the original card used for payment. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

- Include your payment reference number and reason for the request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
